I specialize in Cognitive and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and use other evidence-based treatments including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and trauma informed care.
I treat various psychological and interpersonal problems that can disrupt daily life, including anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, relationship problems, poor self-worth, and struggles with anger, guilt, shame, and perfectionism.
